Adorable lake house in a quiet neighborhood. Decor had a very “lake house” vibe. Very clean, comfortable beds and the bathroom towels were so soft. The kitchen had everything we needed. Hosts were very quick to respond to questions- overall a wonderful stay!!

Great place to stay. The location is excellent and the home has everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Everything was clean, well prepared, and exactly as described. We really enjoyed our time here and would happily stay again.

I can’t say enough about this place. We have stayed in so many locations near the ND campus, due to our son being a student there. Adam’s place is BY FAR one of the best out there! Adam is kind, responsive, and flexible. His place is absolutely BEAUTIFUL. Him and his wife put so much thought into the tiniest of details, and splurged for upgrades in all of the right places. Our family felt completely at home in this house. Counting down the days until we can return!

We stayed at Adam’s place for a Notre Dame football weekend. Great place…very affordable and the amenities were fantastic. Easy 20-25 minutes drive to ND….just far enough to pay reasonable rate and not an outrageous fee in South Bend! Will stay here again when we come back!!!

Our stay was perfect from start to finish. The host was amazing! Adam was friendly, quick to communicate, and made check-in effortless. The house was spotless, newly renovated, and beautifully decorated. One of our friends even joked he was waiting for Joanna Gaines to pop out of the closet because it looked straight out of HGTV. Everything we needed was there, and the space felt warm and inviting.
The deck was perfect for grilling with beautiful lake views, and the screened porch was our favorite spot at night to relax and listen to the crickets. We came for a Notre Dame game, but this house ended up being one of the highlights of our trip. We’d stay here again without hesitation.

Adam’s place is great. We were on a company trip so we didn’t have time to enjoy the lake but it was nice to sit and watch the ducks and geese on the water. It was close to restaurants and places we needed to visit. We will plan on staying again next year when we need to come back.
